We have a dedicated email address for the PPG which is hav-pct.ppg-maylands@nhs.net

Consulting your Doctor

All consultations are by appointment.

Appointments

To make an appointment, diarytelephone 01708 460180 either between 8am and 10am or between 3pm and 5pm Monday to Friday.

When making a routine appointment please arrange to see your usual doctor as this will be beneficial to both your doctor and yourself.

If you are late you may be asked to make another appointment as it delays other patients during the day.

Double Appointments are available if required. Please book if you know your problems are complicated. Each person attending the surgery needs a separate appointment - this will avoid delays to other patients.

If you are unable to attend please telephone the surgery as soon as possible and let us know so that someone else may be offered the appointment. Please note that if you arrive without an appointment you may not see the doctor of your choice and may have to wait to be seen or asked to return. Please telephone before coming to the surgery as we may be able to offer you an appointment.
