Community Midwives

Antenatal clinics are held on Thursday mornings. Postnatal care is provided for mother and baby at the surgery and at home in co-operation with the doctors.

Community Nurses

We have a team of experienced community nurses, comprised of District Sister, Staff Nurse, Enrolled Nurse and Nursing Auxilliary. The team are available seven days a week from 8.30am to 5pm. They will provide care in your home or at Elm Park Clinic following a comprehensive assessment.
Their services include advice and nursing care to the acute and chronically sick and the terminally ill, specialist leg ulcer treatment, dressings, injections, immunisations, blood pressure checks, taking blood samples, ear syringing, post-operative care, removal of sutures/clips.
